We will be offering a new class two days a week come Sept. 10th. The new class will be called Cardio MMA & KickBox Fitness! This will be a co-ed class and will be a combination of classic kickbox fitness (cardio/aerobic) mixed with some modified BJJ/MMA drills. Students will wear MMA style gloves, hit real bags, to the rhythm of some upbeat music. Guaranteed to be one heck of a workout with 10 rounds and a timer bell.
